Eva Helen is a zenful force to reckon with. She can move mountains with her intellect, quick whit and emphatic belief in true gender equality amongst CEOs and entrepreneurs. Eva came from humble beginnings in Sweden, to eventually find herself and her husband successfully growing and selling their company Sanbolic to Citrix. Because of her personal experience dealing with the realities of being a high powered female executive within the tech world, Eva knew this culture needed to be changed. EQ Inspiration is an organization Eva started to make intentional progress for more female executives and entrepreneurs in technology be representative of the American “success story” by first inviting the men to the women’s table. If men can’t fundamentally understand the experiences and dialogue women are having among themselves, then how can there be systemic change across the board?
