If you have an opinion about gender equality, I would love to interview you. You may be an ally or not. You are a man between 35-45 years old and work in the tech industry, as an individual contributor or a manager. Perhaps you are a team or an organizational leader.

There is nothing right or wrong about your answers. You will not be rated nor judged. I will interview you for 60 minutes.  Your identity and your thoughts will be anonymous.

The data will be collected and analyzed, and used for the Ally Matrix.
