It makes me happy to hear about women supporting women. It’s our pleasure and our duty. Unfortunately there aren’t’ enough women to mentor or model the way for the masses of young women that are coming into the workforce. The men, who Mind the Gap, have to help. Help to mentor, hire, promote, and support women on their teams and in their organizations. Our desire is to close the gender gap by inviting executives, men and women, to get information about and to discuss how they together can advance women in tech and in business. We will offer a starting point for leaders, so they know where to turn and where to get help when they are ready to start making changes in their organization.
